Frequently Asked Questions
-
That's exactly what the free consultation call is for. Before committing to anything, we'll hop on a short call to talk through your goals, your lifestyle, and what kind of support you're looking for. From there I'll recommend the service that makes the most sense for where you are right now. No pressure, no obligation — just an honest conversation
-
Not at all. Whether you're picking up a dumbbell for the first time or you've been training for years and just feel stuck, every program is built around your current starting point. There's no experience requirement — just a willingness to show up and put in the work.
-
The Messy Method is a fixed 12-week program. All other coaching services are month-to-month, meaning there's no long-term contract required. That said, meaningful results take time — most clients see the best progress when they commit to at least 3 months of consistent coaching.
-
Each week you'll complete a check-in form updating me on your progress, energy levels, adherence, and anything that came up during the week. Based on your responses I'll review your form, provide personalized feedback, and make any necessary adjustments to your program or nutrition plan. You'll always know where you stand and what to focus on going into the next week.
-
Check-in feedback is typically returned within 24–48 hours. I take every check-in seriously — this isn't a copy-paste response. You'll receive thoughtful, specific feedback based on exactly what you shared that week.
-
Yes. Ongoing communication is part of the coaching relationship. If something comes up between check-ins — a question about your program, a meal swap, or just needing a nudge of accountability — you can reach out and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
-
It depends on your goals and the service you choose. For clients focused on general lifestyle and habit building, we keep things simple — no obsessive tracking required. For clients pursuing specific body composition goals through Nutrition Coaching or The Messy Method, macro and calorie targets are provided as a helpful guide. The goal is always awareness without anxiety.
-
Absolutely. Every meal plan and nutrition recommendation is built around your food preferences, dietary restrictions, allergies, and lifestyle. If you don't eat certain foods, follow a specific diet, or just really hate broccoli — it won't end up in your plan.
-
Coaching services are billed on a monthly basis. The Messy Method is available as a one-time full payment or a payment plan — details are discussed during your consultation call. All invoices are sent professionally and payment is due before the coaching period begins.
-
Month-to-month services can be cancelled at any time with notice before your next billing cycle. Due to the custom nature of all programs and plans, refunds are not offered once a program has been delivered. If you have concerns or aren't satisfied with your experience, please reach out directly — I'm always open to a conversation.
