Real Results Don't Come From Perfection. They Come From Showing Up — Even When Life Gets Messy.

The Messy Way

Hi, I'm Jaden.

I grew up playing soccer, and from an early age movement was just part of who I was. But everything changed the summer before my freshman year of high school when I started working with a strength and conditioning coach for the first time. What began as training to become a better athlete quickly turned into something much bigger — a genuine passion for fitness and nutrition that I knew would shape the rest of my life.

That passion never left. It evolved. Over the years I went from being an athlete chasing performance to someone deeply invested in understanding how the body works — how nutrition fuels it, how intentional movement strengthens it, and how the right habits can transform not just your physique, but your entire relationship with your health.

That curiosity and drive eventually led me to pursue my certifications as a Personal Trainer (CPT) and Nutrition Coach (CNC). As well as a bachelor’s’ degree in nutrition. Ultimately leading me to build Messy Fitness & Nutrition from the ground up.

Why "Messy?"

Because real life is messy. Missed workouts happen. Weeks go sideways. Motivation comes and goes. And yet the people who achieve lasting results aren't the ones who had a perfect plan — they're the ones who kept showing up anyway.

At Messy Fitness & Nutrition, the belief is simple: sustainable health is built through honest, personalized coaching that meets you exactly where you are. By blending evidence-based nutrition, intentional movement, and mindset work, the goal is to help you build a lifestyle that actually fits your life — not just a program you'll abandon in 30 days.

No quick fixes. No cookie-cutter plans. Just real guidance, real progress, and a whole lot of grace along the way.

My Philosophy

Every client is different — and that's the whole point. My approach combines three things I believe are non-negotiable for lasting results:

  • Sustainability over perfection — We build habits you can actually maintain, not rules you'll eventually break.

  • Evidence-based methods — Everything I recommend is grounded in what the research actually supports, not trends or fads.

  • Meet you where you are — No judgment, no unrealistic expectations. We start from your life as it is right now and build from there.

Whether you're brand new to fitness and nutrition or you've tried everything and nothing has stuck, my job is to cut through the noise and give you a clear, personalized path forward.

A Little More About Me

When I'm not coaching clients I'm in the gym myself — I practice what I preach. My personal training style focuses on general fitness and functional training, and I'm always learning, programming, and pushing my own limits alongside the people I work with.

Outside of the gym you'll probably find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, exploring a new restaurant, or planning my next trip somewhere I've never been. Food and travel have a way of reminding you that health isn't just about what you lift or what you eat — it's about enjoying your life fully, and that perspective shapes how I coach every single client.

I'm a firm believer that a coach who is still a student of their craft is always going to serve their clients better — so I stay curious, stay consistent, and bring that same energy to every coaching relationship.
